SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING & PACKAGING

We aim to ship orders within 1 - 2 business days so you can plan that next epic adventure with your four-legged friend asap! Order by noon for the best chance of receiving same day shipping. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Australian orders over $100 are shipped free of charge.

We aim to reduce packaging and plastic waste by packing multiple items into the one bag.

SHIPPING TIMES - COVID-19 UPDATE

Our handling time has not changed, but shipping has been impacted.

Please be aware your delivery may be delayed, see estimated extra delivery delays below:

AUSTRALIA - Express Post is not guaranteed by Australia Post during COVID. Express Post Delivery can take 1-2+ business days. Regular Post can take from 3-5+ business days.

INTERNATIONAL - Timeframe of up to 4 weeks can be expected for all international deliveries. Delays will be longer if your country is only accepting sea freight.

N.B. International delivery can be delayed depending on your countries customs processes of which is out of our control.

PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, we offer pre-order items. This means we have new items on their way and we offer it customers ahead of availability.

As it is not currently in stock, you will need to read the item description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date. This date is an expected delivery date and is subject to change.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control. All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Pre-orders can not be exchanged before delivery. Any other items that you order together with a pre-order item will be held until all pre-order items in your order arrive.

Should you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order. If you have already made the purchase, please email us.

SHIPPING FEES

Flat rate shipping within Australia is $9.95, Express Post parcels are $11.95. International orders are dependent on your parcel weight and will be priced accordingly.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT

Your dawg not completely happy with his new gear? No need to panic, Wolf & I Co. is here to help.

If your item is unsuitable or just not quite what you expected and was purchased via www.wolfandico.com.au, please email support@wolfandico.com.au for return approval and return item/s to us within 14 days of date of purchase and we can organise an exchange or store credit in accordance with the below options.

 

CONDITIONS

Item/s must be returned in original unused, unworn (other than the purpose of trying on) condition, with tags attached.

No marks, no stains, no fur and no rips.

You must provide us with proof of purchase.

Sale items can only be returned for store credit. Full priced items are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Please note that no returns/exchanges will be provided for any items that have been used in ways that they are not intended (for example, carabiners must be closed when in use and are not for use in climbing. Dog Leashes are not to be used as toys.)

We can deny a return if the item/s do not meet the above conditions.

HOW TO RETURN

Contact us at support@wolfandico.com.au to authorise your return and send your original order and your proof of purchase back to us.

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return. Return/exchange shipping is at the cost of purchaser.

Once we receive your returned item/s we will either:

1) Exchange for the item/s you are after (subject to availability). If your exchange order is greater than your returned item, we will provide a link to complete payment for the balance.

2) Provide a store credit for the value of the item/s.

N.B If a sale is running, returns or exchanges purchased at full RRP will not be refunded or exchanged at sale prices.

If we find that the replacement item/s you are after are no longer in stock when your return is received, we do apologise! We will provide a store credit.

We aim to process all returns within 5 Business Days. However it may take up to 7 Business Days
