PROCESSING & PACKAGING

We aim to ship orders within 1 - 2 business days so you can plan that next epic adventure with your four legged friend asap! Order by noon for the best chance of receiving same day shipping. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Australian orders over $100 are shipped free of charge.

We aim to reduce packaging and plastic waste by packing multiple items into the one bag.

SHIPPING TIMES - COVID-19 UPDATED

Our handling time have not changed, however shipping has been impacted.

Please be aware your delivery may be delayed, see estimated extra delivery delays below:

AUSTRALIA - Express Post is not guaranteed by Australia Post during this time. Express Post Delivery can take 1-2+ business days. Regular Post can take from 3-5+ business days.

INTERNATIONAL - Delays of up to 4 weeks can be expected for all international deliveries. Longer if your country is only accepting sea freight. 

N.B. International delivery can be delayed depending on your countries customs processes of which is out of our control.

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-ordered item/s will be shipped once the item becomes available.

If you have ordered additional items with the pre-ordered item/s, it will be shipped once the pre-ordered item/s becomes available.

SHIPPING FEES

Flat rate shipping within Australia is $9.95, Express Post parcels are $11.95. International orders are dependant on your orders weight and will be priced accordingly.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Your dawg not completely happy with your order? No need to panic, Wolf & I Co. is here to help.

If your item is unsuitable or just not quite what you expected and was purchased via www.wolfandico.com.au, please email support@wolfandico.com.au for return approval and return item/s to us within 14 days of date of purchase and we can organise a refund, exchange or store credit in accordance with the below options.

CONDITIONS

Item/s are returned in original unused condition (all tags attached).

Proof of purchase is provided.

Cost of postage to return item is at the cost of the sender.

Sale items can only be returned for Store Credit. Only full priced items are eligible for Exchanges and Refunds.

Note no refunds/returns/exchanges for any items that have been used in ways that they are not intended. i.e.Carabiners need to be closed when in use and are not to be used for any other purpose than dog walking.

Wolf & I Co. can deny a return if the item/s do not meet the above conditions.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Contact us at support@wolfandico.com.au to authorise your return and send your original order and your proof of purchase back to us.

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Wolf & I Co. will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return.

Once we receive your returned item/s we will either:

Process a refund back to your original method of payment or exchange order for the item/s you are after (subject to availability).

If your exchange order is greater than your returned item we will email you a link to complete payment for the balance.

If we find that the replacement item/s you are after are no longer in stock when your return is received, we do apologise! We will process a refund and hopefully you can find something else from the range.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days however it may take up to 7 working days.>

Please note:

Refunds to credit/debit cards can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement, dependent on your banks practices.

PayPal and Afterpay refunds will be deposited back to the original account and an email notification will be sent as confirmation.
