We aim to ship orders within 1 - 2 business days so you can plan that next epic adventure with your four legged friend asap! Order by noon for the best chance of receiving same day shipping. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Australian orders over $150 are shipped free of charge.
We aim to reduce packaging and plastic waste by packing multiple items into the one bag.

AUSTRALIA - Express Post is not guaranteed by Australia Post during this time. Express Post Delivery can take 1-2+ business days. Regular Post can take from 3-5+ business days.
INTERNATIONAL - Delays of up to 4 weeks can be expected for all international deliveries. Longer if your country is only accepting sea freight.
N.B. International delivery can be delayed depending on your countries customs processes of which is out of our control.

From time to time, we offer pre-order items. This means we have guaranteed stock on its way and we can offer it for our customers to secure on our online store.
As it is not currently in stock, you will need to read the item description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date. This date is an expected delivery date.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control. All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Pre-orders can not be exchanged before delivery. Any other items that you order together with a pre-order item will be held until all pre-order items in your order arrive.
Should you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order. If you have already made the purchase, please email us.
Flat rate shipping within Australia is $9.95, Express Post parcels are $11.95. International orders are dependant on your orders weight and will be priced accordingly.

If your item is unsuitable or just not quite what you expected and was purchased via www.wolfandico.com.au, please email email@example.com for return approval and return item/s to us within 14 days of date of purchase and we can organise a refund, exchange or store credit in accordance with the below options.
N.B Each leash is uniquely made and may slightly vary a few millimetres from the length specified online.
Item/s are returned in original unused, unworn (other than the purpose of trying on) condition, with tags attached.
No marks, no stains, no fur and no rips.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Cost of postage to return item is at the cost of the sender.
Sale items can only be returned for Store Credit. Only full priced items are eligible for Exchanges and Refunds.
Note no refunds/returns/exchanges for any items that have been used in ways that they are not intended. i.e.Carabiners need to be closed when in use and are not to be used for any other purpose than dog walking. Dog Leashes not used as toys.
Wolf & I Co. can deny a return if the item/s do not meet the above conditions.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Wolf & I Co. will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return. Return/exchange shipping is at the cost of purchaser.
Once we receive your returned item/s we will either:
Process a refund back to your original method of payment or exchange order for the item/s you are after (subject to availability).
If your exchange order is greater than your returned item we will email you a link to complete payment for the balance.
N.B If a sale is running, returns or exchanges purchased at full RRP will not be refunded or exchanged at sale prices.
If we find that the replacement item/s you are after are no longer in stock when your return is received, we do apologise! We will process a refund and hopefully you can find something else from the range.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days however it may take up to 7 working days.
N.B Refunds to credit/debit cards can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement, dependent on your banks practices.
PayPal and Afterpay refunds will be deposited back to the original account and an email notification will be sent as confirmation.
